  1. I think this poster hits some good notes. The foliage and the framing of the dancer is spot on for the concept. It is missing the tagline and the color is wrong. It needs to be in more natural tones of greens. Kijimuna is a tree spirit after all. The pink looks nice on its own but it does not fit the concept.

  3. I love the shots in which first the dancer is in focus, then the focus shifts to the plant life in the foreground.

  4. Very creative with the cuts and the pose of the dancer.

  5. I really liked the shot where her face was between the trees.

  6. I liked the flowing gown going along with the girl dancing, it fit in nicely with the nature background and with the song as well. Good Job!

  7. I think that the music went well with the dancing. Also, that would be tough to edit. I was happy to see the water footprints later in the video so show time had passed and she had been dancing for a while.

  8. I thought the music fit the theme of the video but it seemed like it drug on for a long time. The shots and angles were well thought out and enjoyed the environment she was dancing it. What would have sold it for me is if she danced more closely to the pace of the song. Maybe a little bit of clipping here and there with the music but other than that great job everyone.

  10. I really enjoyed the detail shots of the flowers, leaves, water, etc. that went from out of focus to in focus. I also thought the use of colored footage overlaying the dancer was unique and interesting. Ideally I think the colors would have continued to be green, and that they would not be quite so stretched/warped-looking, but they did add a cool element! Sometimes Sophia was not properly in frame, or we could not consistently see her face. Great job, though!

  11. good job on the video, I like when you had the two shots within each other.

  12. i like the framing of the shots with the plants in the foreground and the blue inter-spliced shots. I think the same wide shot was used a bit much and i think the end could have had a ripple effect to represent her falling asleep but otherwise nice job.

  14. Good job on conveying your idea, I think the music, the dancer, and the environment all work well together to show us a wood sprite's dance. Personally I like the use of bars, and they could've been better placed on the beat, but I think they added some complexity to the video and kept me more interested.
