Kayla Stewart
1 “Man I sure wish I had some coupons!”
2 “Do you see who just walked in?”
3 “Oh my god, is this really that price?”
4 “You mean to tell me I got all of this for that
price?!”
5 “How do I sign up?”
Script:
Kayla: I’m ready to check out.
Amanda: What’s a good phone number or email for you?
Kayla: I rather not give that information out, what do you
need it for anyway?
Amanda: We use your phone number or email to look you up in
our system to see if you information is updated to receive coupons and/or
notifications of our sales and special promotions going on.
Customer: Ok I guess I will for that because this is my
first time in here and I really like what I found so I’m sure I’ll be back!
Amanda: Ok so I’ll start with either your phone number or
email, whichever is easier?
Kayla: Email probably. Its kaylstew@iusb.edu.
Amanda: You also have the option of inputting your mailing
address as well too. Did you want to do that or just stick with email today?
Kayla: I’ll stick with email.
Amanda: Ok (continues to ring up her purchases)
Kayla: I got some really good deals today! Is there any
coupons so I get more off. (laughs)
Amanda: Sometimes we have online coupons you could google or
you can even sign up for the rewards card.
Kayla: So how do I sign up for that?
Amanda: I just need a valid ID and card with a credit logo
that’s serves as another form of ID.
Kayla: Awesome, hope I get approved!
Amanda: Alright I’ll swipe these and see where we go from
here
Kayla: Ok
Amanda: Alright, says you were approved!
Kayla: Awesome, you just earned a new long time customer!
Amanda: That’s always good to here!
